Sri Gangidi (Srikanth Gangidi) founded Prime Meridian Partners LLC after two decades advising enterprise IT organizations through digital transformation, program delivery, and — more recently — the shift toward agentic AI. Clients have spanned healthcare systems, financial institutions, and industrial manufacturers, each with its own regulatory pressure and appetite for change.

In parallel, Sri holds a real estate agent license with Keller Williams Realty First Atlanta, advising clients on residential and commercial property decisions across the Atlanta metro. It's a deliberate second practice, not a side project: the same discipline that keeps a multi-million-dollar IT program on track — clear scope, honest numbers, steady negotiation — applies just as directly to a home purchase or a commercial lease.

Prime Meridian Partners LLC operates as a boutique advisory: every engagement, on either side of the practice, runs through Sri directly.
